Mulberry Schools Foundation was incorporated as a Charitable Company limited by Guarantee in June 2019 (Company number: 11995466).

The sole member of the Company is Mulberry Schools Trust.

Mulberry Schools Foundation was registered by the Charity Commission in December 2019 (Charity number: 1186808).

There are six Foundation Trustees, listed here, and the Board is chaired by Mary Groom. The Board meets three to four times a year.

The registered premises of the Foundation are Mulberry School for Girls, Richard Street, Commercial Road, London E1 2JP.
